As a certified Phlebotomist
you are qualified to
perform all the skills of obtaining blood specimens by venipuncture or
micro techniques as well as the safe transportation of specimens to the
laboratory. Phlebotomists put patients at ease during the blood specimen
extraction and use safety precautions to prevent the transmission of
infectious diseases. Once you complete this program, P.I.T. will prepare
you to take the Certified Phlebotomist Technician (CPT) nationwide certification examination
you complete one or several of these certificates you are able to work
in the offices of health care providers including physicians, dentists,
physical therapists, hospitals, rehabilitation centers and clinics just
to name a few. Typical job titles include:

with a degree in Electronic Health Records are found employed by
physicians, dentists, physical therapists, chiropractors, psychologists
and psychiatrists, clinics, hospitals, and insurance companies, just to
