The Pennsylvania Institute of Technology will host its traditional degree commencement ceremony on Saturday, May 18, 2013 at 10:30 AM at the Theatre on the Main Campus in Media. President and Founder, Walter R. Garrison, will confer Associate Degrees in Allied Health Technology, Architectural/Civil Engineering Technology, Business Administration Technology, Computer Aided Design Technology, Computer and Communications Technology, Computer Software and Information Technology, and Mechanical Engineering Technology on the graduates.
The 2013 Commencement Award winners include: Valedictorian: Henry Chen; Salutatorian: Brandon Marcelle; Dean’s Award for Outstanding Service to the College: Romario O. Wallace; Founder’s Award: Ernst D. Lindor; President’s Award: Howard T. Rolleston; and, Distinguished Alumnus: Kevin Siu. In addition, Program Awards will be presented earlier in the week at the Honor’s Breakfast to the following graduates: Allied Health Technology: Nadirah Mathews (Center City) and Angelique Smith (Media); Architectural/Civil Engineering Technology: Bobby M. Dixon; Business Administration Technology: Vamuyan Sheriff; Computer Aided Design Technology: Melissa Sheffield; Computer and Communications Technology: Sean Kelly; Computer Software & Information Technology: Michael Powell; Mechanical Engineering Technology: Kayla Marriner; Hill-Charles Outstanding Student in Mathematics: Radjaa Fardjallah; and English/Humanities: Jack Dixon.
