ECE117 - Language and Literacy Development in Young Children
This course focuses on the stages of children's language development within diverse cultural, linguistic and ability frameworks. Students begin to assess and document children's learning and continue to build partnerships with families and other educational professionals. Students are exposed to community resources available to boost children's language growth and development. Ten (10) hours of observation are required in this course.
