PSY114 - Educational Psychology
In this course, the fundamental theories of learning and teaching are introduced to students including the application of theory to educational environments. The course also explores the adaption of concepts of behavior, cognitive and constructivist learning theories to teaching and managing an effective learning environment. Students also will study the principles of motivation, assessment of student performance and classroom management. Ten (10) hours of observation are required in this course.
