Discover the truth about opioids and learn from our expert panel of speakers, who will cover various aspects of opioid use. Topics include the effects of opioids on the body, treating addiction, reducing stigma, and finding resources for treatment.
Additionally, instructors from Pennsylvania Institute of Technology will show you how to administer Narcan and where to obtain doses that can potentially save lives.
Our panel of speakers brings diverse perspectives to the discussion, including representatives from Mirmont Treatment Center, MVP Recovery, a researcher from The University of Delaware specializing in the crisis, and individuals who have personally experienced opioid use and recovery.
