Generative AI is rapidly changing how people work, communicate, analyze information, and solve problems across nearly every industry. P.I.T.’s Generative AI in the Workplace Certificate prepares students to use AI tools responsibly, effectively, and strategically in professional settings.
This online certificate program provides students with a practical introduction to generative AI concepts, tools, and workplace applications. Students will learn how to use AI for content creation, communication, organization, workflow support, data interpretation, and decision-making while developing the critical thinking skills needed to evaluate AI-generated outputs responsibly.
The program progresses from foundational AI concepts and prompt design to more advanced topics such as data reasoning, storytelling, organizational implementation, and responsible AI adoption.
The Using Generative AI in the Modern Workplace Certificate is offered fully online and can be completed in as little as 22 instructional weeks, or 2 terms.
