Learners explore methods to determine what information is needed and the types and sources of information required for different types of decisions encountered in their major field of study. Utilizing pre-selected or researched qualitative and quantitative practical knowledge for understanding topics such as motivation, leadership, managerial decision-making, group processes, and conflict resolution.
