P.I.T. is proud to partner with Uwill, a provider of virtual mental health services, to connect our students, faculty, and staff with FREE access to a 24/7 crisis line, up to six therapy sessions with a licensed counselor, and a variety of wellness resources that explore topics related to stress relief, self-care, relationships, self-esteem, sleep, nutrition, resilience, and more. Wellness resources also included guided meditation and yoga. Students can access Uwill services at anytime by visiting https://app.uwill.com.
